this isn’t your feel-good, fix-your-vibes podcast. this podcast calls you out, not just in. we talk real growth, real mindset shifts, and the hard, uncomfortable stuff no one wants to say out loud.
shift happens is where you go when you’re tired of your own bullsh!t. change is inevitable, but growth is a choice. life's "shift" storms aren’t going anywhere, but you get to choose how you show up when they hit.
you’ll get daily shift starters that’ll hit you with perspective before your first cup of coffee, and weekly episodes that dig into the real sh!t ... identity, healing, chaos, and choosing growth when it’d be easier not to.
i’m kayla — your tough love bestie, mom of 5, and the voice in your ear when you’re ready to stop blaming life’s chaos and start using it as momentum. life handed me some pretty sh!tty cards over the years and that’s exactly why i’m so passionate about helping other women deal with theirs.

So. Much. Division. Let's talk about how to change that. Re-engage as neighbors, friends, co-workers and family. Let's set out to change the world. Strike that. Change A World. One person at a time, make someone's life a little better and then do it again tomorrow and the day after that, through kindness.
Kindness is a Super-Power that each of us has within us. It is so powerful it has the potential to change not only your life but those around you, too. Let's talk about kindness.
Taking recovery discussion to a different level. Bringing comedy and the lighter side of sober living along with educating non-alcoholics and alcoholics. Hear real stories unfiltered.
You’re exhausted from over-functioning and managing everything to make it all seem okay. You feel very much alone. Your friends don’t understand. You feel you are the only one who understands you. I understand because I’ve been there. And sometimes the first step in healing is feeling validated and knowing that you are not crazy. I hope this podcast helps you normalize your reality and breakthrough Narcissistic and Emotional Abuse. www.emotionalabusecoach.com

On You, Me, Empathy, we explore the struggles, the triumphs, the brights and the darks we face as humans trying to be human on this wondrous and overwhelming pale blue dot.
You, Me, Empathy was created so that we can be witness to our collective humanity through the lens of empathy, vulnerability, and emotional curiosity. We aim to destigmatize mental health, lead fiercely with our hearts, feel our feelings without shame and judgment, and share our courageous stories so that others may feel less alone and more connected as feely humans.
You, Me, Empathy is a brave place designed to inspire the beauty in each of us, because each of us, in all of our kaleidoscopic parts, makes up a magical whole that deserves to be seen.
Created and hosted by Nōn Wels (he/him), writer, doggo lover, and co-creator of The Feely Cards.
The You, Me, Empathy podcast is for informational and/or entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I created this podcast—a safe, empowering space for survivors to share their stories, heal out loud, and connect through honest conversations. We honor deep healing while also making room for laughter, lightness, and moments of joy. Many guests say being on the show felt like chatting with a friend who truly understands. As a survivor of physical, financial, sexual, and psychological abuse, I know what it’s like to feel silenced, devalued, and lost. Back then, terms like gaslighting, narcissism, and love bombing weren’t common, making it even harder to spot toxic patterns.
My mission is to empower others by sharing my journey and helping people recognize the critical difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
My goal is to offer support, spread awareness, and remind each listener that they are worthy of respect, safety, and real love. Together, we’re breaking the silence, rewriting the narrative, and rediscovering our strength—one story at a time.
Join our Rewired & Inspired community every Thursday, because you’re never alone in this process. Transformation starts here.

The Save Your Sanity podcast offers episodes filled with the expert insights, validation, strategies, and support you need to recognize, manage, and recover from relationships with the relentlessly difficult, toxic--and often disturbing--people that host Dr. Rhoberta Shaler calls Hijackals®.
She offers invaluable help to stop the second-guessing, undermining, and crazy-making traits, patterns, and cycles you have encountered in relationships with folks like those. Understand the ways, whys, and hows that verbal abuse, emotional abuse, and spiritual abuse affect you over time. Whether the Hijackal is a partner, parent, ex, or colleague, what you will learn here will strengthen and empower you to step up, speak up, and stand up for yourself in healthy, assertive ways.
Many Hijackals have behaviors that are considered the same as those who are diagnosed as narcissists, borderlines, psychopaths, sociopaths, and histrionic personality disorder. These insights will help you to make the changes--and good decisions--to move from pain to power, and that's exactly what you want to do! Listen now.
