Top 14 Emotions Podcasts
Feb 3, 2025
The Best Emotions Podcasts from millions of podcasts available on the Goodpods platform and ranked by listens, ratings, comments, subscriptions and shares.
Most of us have gotten at least a little emotional at some point recently. It’s natural. But why do we have emotions and how much should we pay attention to them on any given day? Can we learn to skillfully choose which emotions to listen to and which ones to just let move on by?
In More Than A Feeling, the latest podcast from Ten Percent Happier, host Saleem Reshamwala goes on a real life quest to find the answers to these questions. He’ll experiment with neuroscientists, dive into stories with historians and philosophers, and document how musicians, therapists, hairdressers and airplane pilots work with emotions.
Saleem sifts through the human condition to find stories and insights that will help us define our most fundamental relationships: our relationship to our own emotions, and to each other’s.

Ever felt vemödalen? Or presque vu? Or mudita? No? Well, maybe you have, and you just didn't realise it. Getting Emotional is about obscure emotions you may have felt, but had no idea there was a name for. Each week we'll focus on a different feeling or notion, and talk to guests who can tell us more about where they came from, and if they've felt them too.

Everyone has a story to tell, and in this podcast I sit down with a group of guests to learn about their childhoods, their marriages and children, the highs and low of their lives, and the stories that left them laughing or crying. And in so doing, show us a little bit of what it means to be human. Each season centers on a group of guests tied together with a common thread.
Season 1 focuses on 5 Quakers or ex-Quakers from the Las Cruces Friends Meeting, and I also ask them why they became Quakers, and if they left Quakerism, why.
In Season 2 I interview immigrants from around the world who all came to the New World to find a better life. I ask why they left, what immigration and integration was like for them, and what it means to be an immigrant.

My interest in writing dates back to my middle school years. I recall filling entire notebooks with information. Among the material I wrote are stories, points of view, anecdotes, and personal experiences that have shaped my life and continue to do so. Later, and during my college years, I decided to publish the material as a blog. As a result of accumulating a large following as well as positive feedback and petitions, I ventured into the world of podcasting. I transformed my written content into an audio experience for each episode. It is here that you have found me, and I will remain there so long as you find my work interesting. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to my creative realm and into the depths of my unpredictable thoughts. Hope you enjoy! — Ralph

Truth AND Transformation is the podcast about living in your truth and the liberation from doing so. How it's scary AF and takes courage. It's the messy journey of being human. Expect a lot of vulnerability as we talk about trauma, sex, mental health, parenting, relationships, marriage, emotional wellness, and everyday life. Plus some woo shit, coz the woo is wise and I'm a witch so you know, gotta have some spirituality talk. Season 1 kicked off with me 'Living In My Truth' and coming out as bisexual after hiding it in fear of what people would think. I cried. It truly was liberating but also devastating to lose people too and yet, here I am 3 years later choosing to walk this path of living my truth. It's the work of creating a life that you actually frigging like. A life that's emotionally well for you and creating the very best relationships with yourself and others as you go.
