It can also mean years in probate and the loss of income/benefits.

There are some basic things we need to have such as:

Health Care Directive

HIPAA Waiver

Living Will

Power of Attorney

And, all the passwords used in our 'online' communities.

Finally, if you're a parent of an adult child (age 18+), it's important to know that they need the same documentation. Even as a parent, if they are hospitalized, you have no rights to direct their care without the Health Care Directive and the HIPAA Waiver.

You also have no access to their financial records/assets without them naming you as a beneficiary.

What is Rorshach? According to the web, The Rorschach test is a psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both.

  • In a nutshell, the inkblots have no meaning other than what we assign to them.
  • In the same way, events that happen our lives inherently have no meaning other than what we assign them.
  • We have an opportunity to step back and ask ourselves, is this the way I want to see and experience this thing in my life?
  • We have many 'shoulds' operating in our lives that lead to dissatisfaction and frustration.
  • If we can evaluate the 'shoulds' from a neutral place, we can shift the energy we have around them.
  • Ask, if I didn't have this 'should' or expectation in my life, what would my life be like?

Welcome, everybody. This is the liberated life with Robin Quinn Keehn. And today I have a really great friend who's on the show. His name is Shane Stevens. I met Shane probably about four years ago, in a high level mastermind where we learned how to run masterminds. We became fast friends at that point, and we've known each other ever since. In fact, we were in our own mastermind with a few of our good friends for a few years together. So we've gotten to watch each other over the years kind of grow and learn and do different things. The thing I can say about Shane is that he is just such a loving and kind man, and I've always appreciated his friendship and his consistency. So I'm really excited. to have him here on the show today. He is the wellness integration coach and he helps high performing entrepreneurs and leaders seamlessly integrate a healthy lifestyle into their busy routines.

He has a lot of information about health and he has advanced degrees in biology, chemistry and in nutrition. The interesting thing about Shane is that before he became a wellness coach, he worked in law enforcement as a state trooper. So that's an interesting fun fact about Shane, because he's such a teddy bear. And, you know, it's not necessarily what you would expect, like what you were a contest. Interesting. Part of the reason you transitioned out of that chain was because it was really kind of an unhealthy lifestyle for you, as I recall. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself who you serve what you're up to now, and this show is all about freedom. So I'd love to hear about how we can set ourselves free from a body weight Nutrition kind of standpoint. So I'll turn it over to you. We'll have a little conversation.

Yeah, as you said, I help high performers and leaders seamlessly integrate a healthy lifestyle into their already busy routines. And that's been something that I've been working on for a while now. And I really, really, really enjoy getting into the nuts and bolts of like, people's daily routine, and figuring out how to really put nutrition exercise in the spaces that exist in a busy lifestyle. And I know that many people are gonna be like, Oh, I don't have any time I don't have any time. The truth is, we all have time, as long as we prioritize it. And by prioritizing, it doesn't mean that that has to be your main focus. It just has to be part of it. You know, just like anything else, like brushing your teeth. Right? So, I really enjoy helping people with that. Primarily, I work with people one on one, I do have a group program that I do as well, that focuses primarily on inflammation and gut health. I incorporate that into my one on one work as well.

So Shane, I was listening to the big leap by Gay Hendricks for the second time yesterday. Yeah, when I was running to Trader Joe's to get some turkey burgers. Speaking of health, and, you know, he was talking about time, and he said something about how we prioritize our time and making time and excuses a pretty crummy thing to do. Right? I don't have enough time. The fact is you just haven't prioritized your time. Then I was thinking then about money. When people say I can't afford that, what they really mean is I am choosing not to afford that. Like, I'm choosing not to direct my spending towards that thing. That's the more honest truth. And so when it comes to food, diet, exercise, it's absolutely a either a priority or it's not. Yep. When people come to you, they're coming to you because they have they finally come to the place where it's like, okay, I give up. I'm suffering here and it's time to prioritize it. Do you usually get people at that point?

Yeah, I do get a lot of people at that point. Unfortunately, I get people sometimes that are at the pit where they're struggling with chronic health conditions and stuff, I would say that's less so a lot of times what people are coming to me for this, or when they come to me and when I get them is they're just really frustrated. Like, they know what they should be doing. They can see all the wonderful, amazing things that are waiting on the other side of being healthy, and how that would maximize not only their, you know, motivation and energy and all those things, but really that translate directly to wealth, doesn't it? To be a successful coach/business owner, you have to become an attractor of people.

However, you don't want to attract all people, you want to attract the RIGHT people. Taking any and all clients isn't liberation (it IS the ball and chain!).

The first step is to know yourself. Specifically, you need to know your

  • archetype
  • mind type
  • wealth style

and then show up that way. Do not be like other coaches. Be yourself.

You must have these fundamentals in place.

You must be clear on who you are and build your brand around these core pieces.

Know your niche and become a specialist, not a generalist.

Develop a signature system, create high-end packages and know how to communicate with people in such a way that you really connect (based on the neuroscience of communication).

Specialize so that you can elevate yourself and develop your reputation, and gain more exposure.

Your purpose is the most important driver in this equation. Your purpose is what propels you forward and your desire to serve people and have an impact is at the core of your becoming a Celebrity Authority!

Amber Wise is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Military wife, mother to 4 children, and successful entrepreneur. She helps busy women lose weight fast.

Amber was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when she was young and grew up with some physical limitations. However, she didn't like feeling different and with the encouragement of her older sister, she learned how to do the things the doctors said she'd never do.

Amber believes we have an opportunity to take full advantage of the bodies we have and appreciate them.

Working out is a way to prove we are strong and capable and can do hard things when we're determined to.

In her experience, we all have a belief that we are not enough. When we achieve things with our bodies, we show ourselves that we are enough. Our bodies are remarkable!

Fit Ladies Bootcamp was started to show women that they can work out, they can get in shape, and they can do hard things.

Amber believes that publicly declaring your goal helps you achieve it. Those public declarations happen within Amber's private FIT Ladies Bootcamp Facebook group - also where Amber's daily workouts are posted.

For those of us who want to get back into shape, she suggests that we find something we can do (physically) for 10-15 minutes each day and do it.
