We're Alive is an award-winning audio drama that follows a group of Survivors in a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles now ruled by the "Infected."

It begins with “A Story of Survival” which spans from Chapters 1-48. Our survivors band together, fortify a safe haven known as the Tower, and discover that the Infected are far from the biggest threat they will have to face.

The adventure continues with:

“Lockdown” - A small group of inmates and prison guards are trapped in the T-block at Twin Towers Jail. They are forced to work together and find a way to escape while the rest of the world ends around them.

“Goldrush” - Set 17 years after the main events of “A Story of Survival”, this is a recollection story that describes the efforts of the four Soldiers as they attempt a side mission to retrieve a suspected stash of gold bullion.

"Scout's Honor" (on it's own feed!) - Adventure Scouts stranded on Catalina Island off the coast of California must use their wits and teamwork to survive during Outbreak.

And “We’re Alive: Descendants," which follows the children of the Survivors as they navigate a dangerous new world.

The story of survival continues; the fight is not over.

18 years after the Outbreak, the world is starting to re-organize and rebuild, but many different forms of humanity are still struggling to survive in the aftermath. Nicholas Tink grew up in the shadow of his father- the late, great, Saul Tink. Little does he know that deep in the places where infected dwell, another descendant lies waiting.

When the global pandemic known as The Fall began, the infrastructure of civilization collapsed. Within a matter of hours, millions were dead and billions more were dying. Hospitals filled to capacity, transforming from places of healing to houses of death. Some rare individuals were immune, while others responded to antibiotic treatments. However, demand far outpaced supply, with treatment only delaying death for most. Had the plague ended with The Fall, humanity might have recovered, but this was just the beginning. What followed was The Rise; a horror that would devour the living and consume the Earth.

We all agree that being prepared for an emergency is important. That's why preparing a "Bug Out Bag" that will allow you can grab and go can be a lifesaver. So I began posting information here over 6 years ago, and I'm updating that information regularly. I've also gone beyond the traditional products. Because creating "the bag" is just the first step to being prepared, not the final product. We now know we each need to have at least 30 days of essential supplies like food water and medicine. We must be our own first responders.
I cover topics like:
*Products I both use and trust.
*Often forgotten items you need to have in your bag.
*Psychological and Emotional planning for the family
*Planning for Kids and Seniors
*What to do when Plan "A" fails?
This includes a curated list of links from a variety of sources too. I'll be sharing and updating links to sites I buy from and products I use. So we are clear, I have no sponsors, so the opinions, both good and bad, are my own.
Join me as I begin the 7th year/6th season of productions in an ongoing series of podcasts for you and your family to use and to share with others as you build a community. Is this fun or what?

[NEW: To see the faces behind the characters' voices, go to www.storiestovoice.com/fd-cast]
Audio-drama based on a WWII diary written by Natalie Crouter during her internment in a Japanese prison camp in the Philippines.
Three weeks after the first bombings of the Philippines on December 8, 1941, Natalie, her family, and 500 civilians were marched at gunpoint to a deserted U.S. military post (Season One: 1941). Thus began their survival story of body and mind from 1942 to 1945. Under the watchful eyes of Japanese guards, the prisoners set up their own society while constantly scrounging for food—often aided by heroic Filipinos. Japanese commandants and homesick soldiers filtered in and out of camp as guerrillas on the outside fought to take back the Philippines. The camp commandants were civilians plucked from town, a remarkable Japanese officer who saves the internees' lives, and a vicious, demoted lieutenant. Natalie’s diary is a fascinating, real-life view of wartime captivity and a gripping tale of courage, tenacity, and hope.
The original art, entitled "The Double Fence," was drawn by Fern Harrington Miles in 1942. To read about Fern and other prison artists interned with Natalie Crouter, go to www.storiestovoice.com/fd-artist-credits.

Having overcome a near-death experience, I decided to close my life coaching practice (accessible previously on this page) and place my health at the forefront of my journey. My focus has pivoted towards advocating not only for myself but also for others. While life coaching tips will still find their place in my content, my main emphasis is now on patient advocacy through sharing my story. Six months ago, I dove into a career in the AI field, aiming to improve my financial stability in the face of future health instability. I want to clarify that I'm not seeking donations, but as my followers continue to grow - if anyone is moved to support me as an influencer, I'll genuinely appreciate it. In my posts, expect a blend of life coaching, patient advocacy, advice on communicating effectively with doctors, a bit of spirituality, as well as curated self-help and self-care resources from various online platforms. Oh, and humor, lots of humor. While the road to wellness may get slightly bumpier, I hope for many more meaningful years ahead. 🌟 Included are links to my previous content because I want you to see just how much living with chronic health issues impacts everything we experience as as our own advocates. Survival Dad is for the alert Father who cares enough to be prepared. If the rising media coverage of pandemics, natural disasters, food security, terrorist threats and the “new” Russia has you concerned about your family’s future, you’re in the right place. Buck Rizvi, a father of 4, takes a practical and entertaining approach to prepping and self-reliance that’s free of the negativity found in many Survival communities. Every week, Buck covers topics such self defense (with and without weapons), prepping, wilderness survival, online business income, homesteading and much more. Guest experts frequently join the show to help guide Buck and the Survival Dad community on their journey to peace of mind through preparedness.

BITE-SIZE PERSONAL STORIES OF SURVIVING LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCES: Hosted by Luke Colson and Kyle Wise, we feature weekly guests and explore extreme personal life changing experiences and the journey emotional and physical recovery. Each guest discusses their story of how their lives were turned upside down, by unexpected events. Stories like surviving a car crash, surviving abuse, being paralyzed in an accident, witnessing a crime.. and many more! Luke and Kyle will take an honest, raw, yet positive and hopeful approach, to really find out how these sudden events have effected our guests, and hear about the tools they use to overcome the subsequent struggle and adversity. We will focus on the journey to success and recovery, and hear stories of how our guests overcame trauma, and mental health challenges like ptsd, anxiety depression and phobias that have often lead to addiction, alcoholism, and disorders. While we will focus on the events themselves, and the lasting effects of these moments, our goal in this podcast is to concentrate on the positive journeys of resilience, recovery and hope that comes from these extraordinary stories. Join us for the ride of your life, and other peoples too! Why listen? We hope that our listeners will feel comfort, empowerment, strength and hope through this community of people and the stories we share. Everyone’s experiences are unique, but the circumstances around recovery and healing can be a shared and comforting journey.
