Der Podcast gibt den kleinen Yogis einen ersten spielerischen Einblick in die Welt des Yogas, sie lernen ihren eigenen Körper besser kennen, steigern ihre Beweglichkeit und verbessern ihre Konzentrationsfähigkeit mit vielen kreativen Übungen zum Austoben und ganz viel Spaß. Jede Folge ist zwischen 10-20 Minuten lang und hat einen eigenen Themenschwerpunkt wie z.B. der eigene Körper, Einschlafyoga etc. Die neuen Folgen erscheinen alle drei Wochen immer Mittwochs.
