Do you honestly think that all the highly successful people with great businesses and books and youtube channels out there with their productivity hacks, they have it all figured out? Do they never feel down and just want to lay in bed all day watching Netflix and eat Cheetos with 1 hand and gulping a drink in another? Do they really follow all the hacks that they talk about in their books and really squeeze productivity out of their day and consistently perform at their peak? Do they feel nice? Well, you are in the right place.
I am starting this podcast out of a deep-seated curiosity and a desire to learn from.....everyone. As someone constantly seeking to improve myself, I found myself drawn to the stories and strategies of those who have achieved any type of success in their respective fields.
So this podcast is about those stories. The books that I read, what I learnt from them, Readers, authors, productivity gurus, or just a random stranger on social media who might be able to help ME level up and in doing so, help you.

This podcast is all about the interconnectedness of your mind, body and spirit. In my show I share important aspects of how to integrate health and self. Telling my story, sharing other people's stories and inspiring you to get out of survival mode and into thriving mode.
I talk about what I've learned in my twenty years of holistic fitness, energy healing and health coaching and share with you what I've discovered along the way.
Your wellness journey is a self discovery journey. On this show you'll hear inspiring conversations with experts in the field of holistic health, fitness, metaphysics, spirituality and personal growth. Which will give you a new perspective on your health and cultivate curiosity in what you could discover next about yourself. Enjoy!
I've had three careers - manager, founder & CEO, creator. Each transition taught me something crucial - the skills that matter aren't the ones everyone's scrambling to learn.
While people panic about what AI will replace, I've been asking 1,000+ professionals a different question - what skills help you escape the Career Expiration Trap when everything changes?
The answer? It's entrepreneurial skills. Adaptability, problem-solving, smart risk-taking. They're your career insurance policy.
On Ollie on Work, I dig into this with business and thought leaders like Daniel Pink, Dorie Clark, Lynda Gratton, Marcus Buckingham, Rory Sutherland, Tim Harford and Tyler Cowen.
Real conversations about thinking differently and building skills that matter. Not just following the latest future of work trend.
You can also read more about these themes in the Ollie on Work newsletter.

This podcast is designed so that the world can start to understand that life is to be lived and your life in particular is meant to be on the whole, an enjoyable and happy experience. The dark times are opportunities to understand yourself better and grow into a better version of yourself. Parents are not always right, they pass on what they know, its up to you to break those generational patterns that don't serve you, in order to reconnect with who you truly are. The human experience is a quest to understand yourself better, to reconnect to your soul whist experiencing 3D reality in your biological spacesuit, and most importantly, to be YOU. Forget what you have been taught about who you should be, nobody can teach you how to be yourself. Forget it all and go back to very beginning, that's where the real you is waiting. This podcast will share raw and real experiences of what thriving through adversity looks like, and how you can change the direction of your life at any moment. The saying goes.... " it starts with you".

The Truth from Ruth is hosted by me, Ruth Ross. I bring you this podcast to share the struggles I've had with bulimia (other eating disorders), depression and low self esteem that started in my early teens. It manifested to the point where I didn't believe I could achieve anything. Many years on it's been a long journey but I've learned so much and my mindset and self belief has came on leaps and bounds. My aim now is to have open conversations about this and hopefully be able to inspire and help others believe they can achieve and have the life they desire.. Although this is a serious topic there will be of course some laughter along the way. New episodes will be available every Friday. Listen anywhere you get your podcasts and please rate and review it would be much appreciated. Here we go...... Welcome to the Truth from Ruth.

I'm just a normal woman who has dealt with this for over 14 years. I can offer my experience, how it started, what it was like, where I got help, how I still have to work on myself and challenges. It's a long process but I believe if we come together and talk about it, it'll hopefully help and as we know, mental health loves it when we keep things secret so let's push back and let it out the dark.
Sending you happiness, love and great health.

Hi, I'm Clare and I’m a post-menopausal empty-nester and counsellor, recently diagnosed with autism (ASD) trying to process what the heck it all means! I look back over my life and try to understand why I had been feeling like a 'misfit' and SO different from everyone else.
I wade through it all, trying to learn how I can break free from the weight of the 'mask', and prepare to explore who I truly am and decipher all those "weird" bits about myself, that have never made sense to me. Armed with more information about adult autism, perhaps now I can start to be who I REALLY am and work on self-acceptance without fear of judgement. No masking. No pretending. No acting.
I chew over all my thoughts and experiences as I work through this process of discovering what is ME and what is FAKE, by looking back AND looking at my future plans.
I am planning my escape to France next year, (planned before my diagnosis) seeking to design a peaceful and free lifestyle that can now truly fit with my ASD needs and desires; my utopia in this world.
I'd like to hear from you if you are on a path towards your reinvention, self-acceptance, self-discovery and are creating your own healthier actualizing conditions, where you are able to thrive authentically, feel more fulfilled, and realize your true potential in life.
Let me know YOUR story by emailing: [email protected]
