Do you limit yourself in order to make other comfortable?

Yesterday my boyfriend surprised me with flowers and goodies and I began to cry. Cry from joy, happiness and shame ( yup, happiness shame ). I was aware that my happiness and joy was so grand that I was limiting myself so that others who are in their darkness didn’t feel uncomfortable.

This episode is raw, real and full of honesty.

In this episode:

  1. How I was aware of how I was unaware of how I was limiting myself.
  2. What to do when you’re lost and in the darkness.
  3. How I got out of the darkness.

On January 1st, most of us have so many goals and dreams for the upcoming year.

And now that’s it’s 3 months after the start of the new year. . . it’s a perfect time to check-in and restart your year!

You can think about your year in sports terms. If our year was a football game, right now we’re in quarter 2 of the game and we just called a time-out to the ref.

During your time-out, you can ask these 3 questions:

  1. What’s working in your life right now?
  2. What’s not working in your life right now?
  3. What can you add to your life right now that can create more?

I invite you to create a new possibility in your life, your year and what constitutes a year.

IN THIS EPISODE, I TALK ABOUT:

  • How you can restart your year.
  • 3 questions that will open up new possibilities in restarting your life.
  • My current awareness's to the 3 questions I ask.

The Get Up Girl - Are you choosing a mediocre morning routine?
play

04/02/21 • 18 min

Are you choosing less than when it comes to your morning routine?

This episode is all about your morning routine. A few days ago, I found myself pressing the morning snooze button like a zombie over and over again. I slept through a fitness class and was fed up with how my mornings were changing.

I began asking the question, “What is this?” and “How can I shift this?” I received the awareness that I was not getting enough sleep for my body. The lack of sleep was creeping up on me and it was working any more for me. This show is all about how I changed it and 3 things that can help you in creating a stronger morning routine.

3 Things that can help you create a stronger morning routine:

  1. Ask yourself, Is this routine still working for me?
  2. Your routine can change like a season.
  3. Your morning routine starts with your evening routine.

Do you find yourself using your tools against yourself?

I spent 4 days in the desert by the Grand Canyon and hiked down the canyon and back up for a 10 miles journey in my Elite Entrepreneur Mastermind. In this episode, I share the 3 lessons I learned during the trip. There were a lot of ahas, tears and breakthroughs.

The 2 questions that were asked of us at the mastermind were, 1) How can you be 2 times happier this year? and 2) How can you make 2 times more money this year? And WOW! I received 3 lessons from those 2 questions:

  1. Am I using the tools against myself?
  2. My MAGIC is actually HOW I stand out.
  3. I can uncreate a business if it doesn’t bring me joy.

In this episode you will learn about:

The Get Up Girl - Are you willing to be called a bitch?
play

10/22/21 • 15 min

I had a business choice to make last week, and I knew it might lead to a vendor calling me a bitch.

Being a female entrepreneur can sometimes feel like an uphill struggle when you’re stuck between speaking clearly for what you want and knowing that the other side will probably think (or call you) that you’re a bitch.

Are you willing to generate your life and speak clearly for what it is that you’d like?

. . . and sometimes, that may require someone calling you a bitch. Don’t buy it. It’s a word. If you give it validity, you buy the lie that you’re always a bitch. And that is not true. You are never always anything.

Everything is a choice.
