In today’s episode, Marisa is joined by John Sweeney, the founder of the Suspended Coffees movement. Since the movement was created in March of 2013, it has expanded greatly over the years. A plethora of coffee shops around the world are now involved in this movement. The process to suspend a coffee is simple. Walk into a supporting coffee shop, instead of buying one cup of coffee, you buy two or more, barista logs the second coffee as ‘suspended’, and it can be redeemed at any time by someone who needs it.

Their conversation covers the inspiration and backstory behind the creation of the Suspended Coffees movement.
