In Season 4 of the Gratitude Blooming podcast, Wayfinding Through the Unknown, a monthly conversation hosted by Belinda Liu and Omar Brownson, we slow down to explore wild, emergent living, guided by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within.
Joining us as a regular guest is the brilliant Dr. Paul Wang, whose deep knowledge of Chinese medicine, Daoism, and alchemical traditions expands our understanding of transformation beyond the elements. Together, we embrace the practice of pausing, noticing, and feeling—grounding ourselves in presence as we navigate life's unfolding.
The Gratitude Blooming card deck was inspired by the artist Arlene Kim Suda and her 100 Days of Blooming Love art project. Please rate, review and subscribe. New conversations each month. We want to hear what you're grateful for. Learn more at www.gratitudeblooming.com

Check out these Gratitude Podcasts
So, why exactly am I telling you this story?
Well, I have often been told over the years when recounting stories of my travels and adventures that I should write a book. Many years ago, a holy man who read my stars even told me, and then recently, a famous psychic said exactly the same thing, but to be honest, I have never had any interest in writing a book.
And then a few months ago, someone suggested that because I tell such good stories, and apparently seem to have a ‘perfect pitch’ voice, why didn’t I do a podcast?
I had never considered doing a podcast before but I thought it could be a brilliant way of telling my stories , and so here we are...
Untold stories, life lessons & growth hacks from high performers & thought leaders across the globe.
If you want to live your most fulfilling & successful life, join Bradley Dryburgh every week for a new episode with captivating guests.

Our minds are like houses. When they're new, they're empty. As we live our lives we acquire treasures that eventually turn into shit that creates clutter. Some of this stuff is useful, while some of it is simply junk which just creates obstacles for us. What if we could eliminate the nonsense we don't need, and create more room for useful things? Join us on this podcast where we discuss removing what we don't need, implementing beneficial changes to our minds, bodies and souls, to create a life of abundance and fulfillment.
Bettering the world one attitude at a time. We did not create the hate, but together, we can Derate The Hate! In a world filled with divisiveness, and dominated by F.O.G. (Fear, Outrage & Grievance), it's time we find a better way to engage. That all starts with each of us as individuals. We cannot control all that we encounter within our day to day lives, or the environment in which we live, but we certainly have the ability and responsibility to control how we react to it. For me, it starts with gratitude and personal accountability. Take a listen and see if there is something here to help you in taking your part in turning down the hate. Welcome to the Derate The Hate Podcast...
