We find the foundation of the musical motifs in a story from a mother who lives with Ménière's disease, an illness that destroys your balance and keeps you seasick, with all that comes with that. Her symbolic entrance into the composition will be as a captain sailing between two worlds, the intimate world and the big world. She carries her condition like a snowglobe in a blizzard, always trying to find the horizon, looking out for her kids and fighting to get the family safe to shore. Welcome to the composition process.
