Helping modern moms achieve balance and joy - in motherhood, career, wellness and life - from the inside out, through simple healthy habits, mindfulness (meditation and breathwork), integrative nutrition, holistic health and wellness. Do you feel like you’re constantly drained trying to figure out how to balance it all - pursuing your career or running a business while juggling your kids schedules and still finding time to prioritize your well-being? Do you wish you could stay consistent with eating healthy, self-care habits and achieving your wellness goals? Do you want to have more fun, build healthier habits, and make more aligned choices, so you can feel less stressed, more rested and more present everyday? I hear you mama. Mommy's on a Call is a podcast dedicated to educating, empowering and inspiring YOU, the modern mom, to get the most out of your life - yourself, your family, your work, and your relationships - with more intention, more laughter and more self-care every single unpredictable day. Through real and honest conversations with working moms (mom entrepreneurs, mom founders, CEO moms, career moms), subject matter experts, solo episodes, and more, the podcast goes behind-the-scenes to uncover the daily rituals, life lessons, real-life tactics and favorite tools to help you thrive in wellness and motherhood. My mission is to bring you the top working parent experts in multi-dimensional wellness, holistic, integrative and alternative health, career and entrepreneurship, mindful parenting, mindfulness, relationships, personal finance, spirituality and more. I’m Stephanie Uchima-Carney, a serial entrepreneur, MBA & business strategist, certified Integrative Nutrition health coach, and “xennial” mom of 3 little ones. I left a corporate career to follow my intuition and embark on a mission to help other working moms, mom entrepreneurs and moms in transition succeed and flourish in their new season of life: motherhood. Along my journey of self-discovery, I uncovered a passion for multi-dimensional wellness, Ayurveda, meditation, breathwork, mindful parenting and entrepreneurship. Through this podcast I hope to share my experiences, insights and knowledge with you, so that you can discover what fires you up inside! So grab your headphones, tell your kids you’re on the potty, and tune in weekly for some laughs, knowledge bombs and plenty of real talk with real moms (and maybe a dad or two). Come join me in my sandbox of life and in this podcast to explore, play and discover something new every single week. And make sure to subscribe and tune in weekly because I know you've yelled "Mommy's on a Call" at least once in the last week!!! ----- 👩🏻‍💻 WEBSITE: https://www.stephanieuchima.com ✨ CONNECT ON SOCIAL (IG/FB/Twitter): @StephanieUchima & @MommysonaCall ☕️ COMMUNITY: The Modern Mama Society - Health & Wellness for Modern Moms - https://www.facebook.com/groups/modernbusinessmama 🔥 WORK WITH ME: https://www.stephanieuchima.com/services

Mommying While Muslim is a one of a kind podcast where American Muslim moms share their experiences to raise second generation kids. Having experienced both pre and post 9/11 America, they're acutely aware of the unique challenges their families face on top of the regular messes that all moms share. Mommying While Muslim is a space to take back their stories, and tell those no one will air on the news or portray fully or fairly in the media. Host Uzma Jafri is mom first, careerwoman second, and global citizen at heart. She meets taboo topics head on because she wasn't allowed to do it growing up, not at home or at school and work. Her aim is to better her immediate household, community, and her momsisterhood the world over by telling the truths sometimes people don't want to face or to hear. Not everyone has these privileges, and she is eager to learn as well as share her own experiences. Always looking to give back, MWM finds women and families who need a mic because no one needs a voice; they just need an opportunity to speak. Besides tough social issues, MWM tackles political ones because when laws affect kids, we're coming for them as well as the ones who make them! There's no lane that doesn't get taken here. Along the way, MWM recruits momallies for Muslim Americans who have been inordinately targeted for the last 20 years. True moms know that ALL our children deserve to be safe, loved, and happy, and we bust every yellow brick on the Islamaphobic road to make sure they all are. If you like good trouble, this one's for you!

Daddy and The Dunce is a podcast that goes through the trials and tribulations of being a Dad. Each episode Ash and Mark will look at some of the hottest topics (or old faithfuls) in parenting and dissect them from the perspective of a Dad, and an Uncle. Ashley has two boys and after the first thought he was a bit of an expert. It wasn't until his second child came along 6 weeks early, and with a range of heart and kidney disabilities did he realise how easy he actually had it. Mark has no children. He does however have nieces and nephews. But he also hasn't been parent-broken yet, so things like poo and kids putting random things in their mouth and then your own is still a little foreign. The different perspectives the two have will probably be poles apart at times, but willalso mean you will be able to relate to at least one of them on most things! At least one Dad Joke per episode guaranteed...

The Fit Parent Project was created specifically to focus on the idea of parents getting the self-care they deserve through health and fitness sustainably so they can live the life they want not the life they’re settling for.Getting in shape is a challenge in and of itself. Let alone trying to get in shape during the highs, the lows, and the chaos of parenthood. Especially when between the guilt and the stress alone that kids just feel like they add a whole other dimension to even the simplest of tasks. Sometimes it feels impossible when all you hear is “we all have the same 24hrs in the day” when our 24 hours looks so much different than those without kids. It can be done though, is it harder? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Absolutely. And as parents, we often put ourselves on the backburner because we feel like that makes us better parents to the alternative. When in reality, the truth is, that self-care isn’t selfish. I’ve helped hundreds of parents get away from the unsustainable fad diet and exercise culture and create customized plans that are maintainable long-term and in this podcast, I’d like to share some of my best tips, tricks, and information that you can apply to your own journey and life! Each podcast episode is filled with action steps and mindset shifts dedicated to the idea that parenthood doesn’t have to be martyrdom and that we need to fill our own cups to be the best parents we can be.Stop saying you can’t and start listening to how you CAN by listening to The Fit Parent Project.
