Jennifer Subjeck-Fedus

TURNING A PAGE FROM ILLNESS TO WELLNESS. As a daughter, sister, wife, author, mentor, and mother to two amazing teens, I've faced over 20 years of battling various illnesses and chronic pain. The persistent health issues, combined with the demands of motherhood, led me to a place of feeling lost and overwhelmed. Through a journey of self-discovery and healing, exploring the depths of my inner spirit to address both mental and physical traumas, I found ways to cope. This podcast is my way of reaching out to and supporting women who share similar struggles. Come alongside me in this new chapter as I pursue my passion for helping others on their journey to wellness.

Having a creative brain can be both a blessing and a curse. I get ideas ALL day long, no matter if I'm awake or not, or wet or dry. : )

(you'll have to listen to see what I mean by that) LOL . This show was created on my voice app on my iPhone so I hope the quality is okay for you. You never when the inspiration will hit.

How do I stay positive? Good question-I listen to ALOT of motivational podcasts, audible books, YouTube videos and do ALOT of inner work on myself. It takes, time, patience, focus and consistency!

This episode is a bit different from all the others. I get personal and up close on how I feel about moving forward. Moving through traumas and getting unstuck.

Are you ready?

I think this might be a good episode to SHARE with your friends that may need a little extra nudge. If you are feeling blah and like your life isn't going anywhere then this is a great one to listen to!

I hope you enjoy it! I would love to know your thoughts.

Do you struggle with Anxiety? I think everyone has some sort of Anxiety.
I share a story of this past weekend that had me in a bit of an anxious mood.
Do you know what questions to ask your doctor when it comes to Anxiety?
Here are the questions:
*Do I have any underlying medical problems that might be causing my symptoms of anxiety?
*Am I on any medications or using other drugs that might be causing my anxiety? (Includes herbs, supplements and herbal teas)
* What type of anxiety disorder do I have? What are my treatment options for this particular anxiety disorder?
*Will I need to take medication for anxiety? Is it ok to take medication with other meds that I am taking? Will I take it everyday, or as needed? How long do I have to take it? What side effects can I expect from the medication? Is there a way to minimize or prevent side effects?

Do you ever get overwhelmed figuring out what to have for dinner every single day? You are not alone. Marie Fiebach, married mother of four active kids ages 14-19, founded Feed Your Family Tonight to help busy families eat dinner together at home and recapture a little calm in the crazy. Marie knows how hard it is to get dinner on the table whether you are working until 6:00, running kids to after-school activities, or chasing toddlers all day. She has dealt with picky eaters, food allergies, and busy schedules but still manages to feed her family a home-cooked meal almost every night. She wants to help you do the same!
