Probably Late To Something is a safe space for young adults all over. In these episodes we will love, laugh, cry & learn without judgment. My hopes for this podcast is that anytime you listen to my voice you learn to listen to yours as well. Growing up in a world clouded by social media leaves many of us shouting just to be heard. Many of us feel alone and confused. We are so ready to be judged that we do it to ourselves. Dancing in the rain, talking to yourself and truly just not giving a fuck seems to have disappeared but I don’t want that. I want to be weird, tell my embarrassing stories, admit my faults, laugh at my mistakes! Life doesn’t have to be so heavy and you sure as heck don’t have to go through it alone. Probably Late For Something is more than just a podcast, its our home. So please stay & join the family baby! :)
When it comes to self-improvement, Chade O’Brien has seen and tried it all. From fad diets and personal trainers to chasing mystical fitness unicorns. However, after more ups-and-downs in the gym than Arnie’s dumbbells, 2022 saw Chade logging what genuinely worked and sharing his success on social media. This evolved into the 'Diary Of A Big Lad Podcast' – an ordinary 'big lad's guide to fitness, sharing nuggets of wisdom from his journey.
Join the North's sweatiest man (and his wobbly wingman, Nico) as they tackle a new fitness topic each week, sifting through the myths to discover what truly gets results. They run exercises, experiment with different methods and interview guests on their ongoing quest to not only finding the methods that work the best for them, but helping you hone in on which ones can work for you!

Our purpose for creating our podcast So Much More is to speak about real-life experiences around parenting, womanhood, being a wife, working inside and outside of the home, and so much more! There are so many elements that we are working through each day as women, and top that off with hormones, diet culture, body image culture, constant comparisons of ourselves to others, perceived judgment, and so many opinions and ways of living life among all of us – that sometimes we need to just sit down and have the conversation - we are all different but the same. We all have egos, we all have insecurities, and good days and bad days. We all have struggles and times when we feel defeated and alone. So Much More is meant to talk about the real experiences, the challenges we face, and how we get through those by practicing gratitude and staying positive through it all! To keep our perceptions of others and ourselves clear enough to see the good more than the bad.
