The Resilience and Resistance podcast is about successful Black, Indigenous and Women of Color who are overcoming trauma and becoming resilient.
The vision for this podcast is to illuminate the dichotomy that many BIPOC female-identified individuals face in their daily lives; holding space for healing or managing past and present trauma, while maintaining a "professional" identity as they strive towards their work and other goals.

#TheNewAbnormal podcast (which has over 250,000 downloads) focuses on understanding today and anticipating the future. Discussing these subjects via the viewpoints of my guests has led to some fascinating conversations with activists, creatives, writers, philosophers, strategists, psychologists, lecturers, futurists, etc. Re: my bio, I'm a strategist, author and speaker. My 1st book went to No1 in the business charts, whilst my 2nd was shortlisted for the 'Business Book of the Year' Awards. (The podcast partners with The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, a global leader in applying futures studies to solve strategic challenges, helping clients to be #FuturesReady.) So, we hope you enjoy listening to the series - which was set up during the early days of Covid, and is divided into Series One [2020-21] Two [2022] Three [2023] Four [2024] and Five [2025]. The podcast centers on the value of Emotional Intelligence, which is both a mindset and an approach to life that regards problems as situations that help you learn and grow; it is a way of being and doing in the world that enables you to develop and sustain a positive relationship with yourself and others, at home, at work, and everywhere in between. Coupled with mental fitness, emotional intelligence is an essential component of Positive Intelligence (PQ) that enables you to leverage your power to communicate well, make good decisions that align with your values, and create a positive environment wherever you are. In a word, Positive Intelligence is the key element that creates your path to success. Episodes are theme-oriented and correspond to a letter of the alphabet, like this: A = Awareness, Acceptance, and Action; B= Bold and Brave (with a little vulnerability thrown in), and so on.

The Jack Hopkins Show Podcast; where stories about the power of focus and resilience are revealed by the people who lived those stories
Jack Hopkins has been studying human behavior for over three-decades. He's long had a passion for having conversations with fascinating people, and getting them to share the wisdom they've acquired through years of being immersed in their area of expertise, and overcoming the challenges and obstacles that are almost always part of the equation.
Welcome to Escape the Paradox, where I expose the hidden reality of coercive control and domestic violence including psychological, emotional and physical abuse.
I’m Helena, a survivor of childhood abuse. I'm a mental health nursing student and advocate, here to support you in breaking free from the confusion, fear, and isolation that abuse creates.
Home should be the safest place, but for many, it becomes the most dangerous.
In each episode, I share my personal story and dive into my own experiences, as well as survivor experiences, trauma-informed insights, and expert research to help you understand the mechanisms of abuse and begin your healing journey.
We’ll explore tactics such as gaslighting, and how abusers wield and seek power and control, not to diagnose, but because naming abuse is the first step in reclaiming your reality.
If you're ready to reconnect with your truth and rebuild your self-worth through clarity and understanding, you’re in the right place.

This is NOT a podcast about cancer. It’s actually more of a celebration of life and a journey of happiness, a voyage built on a simple but powerful truth: That YOU hold ALL the cards to achieve your dreams and to live your very best life.
A few years ago, I received my cancer diagnosis and it felt like my world had caved in. But my journey through treatment and recovery also forced me to recognise many uncomfortable truths about my life.
I’d neglected myself. I’d pushed down trauma and worried about everything and everyone all the time. Getting ill made me realise I had to stop sweating the small stuff and make lasting changes for the better. Quite literally, cancer cured me from all that crap, and in its own strange way, proved to be the catalyst that’s led me to an infinitely happier life.
I want to share positive, uplifting energy with you all, to help you unlock your potential and finally free the happiness that’s inside of you. You totally deserve it.
I’ll be talking to amazing guests who’ll share their stories and knowledge on a myriad of subjects, ranging from nurturing our hormonal health, to self-care in winter; from heart-wrenching stories of being bullied for being poor to becoming a multi-millionaire, to self-healing from Multiple Sclerosis; from cyclical living and nervous system regulation, to overcoming binge eating disorders, lymphatic drainage and a thousand more subjects besides.
Along the way, we’ll meet inspiring entrepreneurs, powerful healers, incredible wellness experts, psychologists, coaches and amazing ‘ordinary’ people like you and I, who’ve gone through stuff and come back stronger.
I’ll be talking to them all and inspiring you to get out of your own way and live your best life. I’d be delighted if you’d join me.
