The Resilience and Resistance podcast is about successful Black, Indigenous and Women of Color who are overcoming trauma and becoming resilient.
The vision for this podcast is to illuminate the dichotomy that many BIPOC female-identified individuals face in their daily lives; holding space for healing or managing past and present trauma, while maintaining a "professional" identity as they strive towards their work and other goals.

The road to success is littered with speed bumps. Every celebrated actor, writer, musician, artist, inventor and entrepreneur has faced debilitating career rejection on their journey to the top. We tell their fascinating stories and break down exactly how they achieved their remarkable goals. Because hidden inside each rejection is a unique insight. And we’re here to find it.
At its heart, this podcast is about persistence and inspiration.
From the creators of Under The Influence, this show is brought to you by the Apostrophe Podcast Company and powered by Acast.

What if the wisdom you need to change your life is just one question away?
Welcome to The Ginni Show, where multi-award-nominated broadcaster, producer, and entrepreneur Ginni Saraswati sits down with the world’s most fascinating minds—experts, Olympians, doctors, disruptors, and everyday revolutionaries—for unapologetically curious conversations that heal, elevate, and expand the way we live.
This is not another self-help podcast stuffed with regurgitated advice. It’s where insight meets intention. From neuroscience-backed sleep hacks with Dr. Alison Kole, to mastering your focus with behavioral design guru Nir Eyal, from emotional detoxing with cancer-thriver Elissa Goodman, to Olympic breakdancer Sunny Choi’s raw reflections on failure, identity, and joy—each episode is a masterclass in embodied wisdom, served with wit, warmth, and clarity. It’s where the questions we’re all afraid to ask are voiced. The ones that cut through noise, challenge dogma, and invite authenticity to the table.
Guests are invited into intimate dialogue—human to human, heart to heart—where transformation doesn’t sound like a TED Talk, but like a friend handing you a flashlight in the dark.
You’ll walk away with more than motivation. You’ll leave with tactical tools, paradigm shifts, and the quiet nudge to look inward. Expect science-rooted truths on productivity, holistic health, emotional mastery, creative resilience, and how to live in deeper alignment with who you truly are.
Whether you're an overachieving entrepreneur trying to unhook from hustle culture, a seeker curious about what lies beyond the scroll, or simply a human looking to feel more alive, The Ginni Show will meet you where you are—and lovingly call you forward.
New episodes drop weekly. Each one is a portal. Step in—and come out lighter.

#TheNewAbnormal podcast (which has over 250,000 downloads) focuses on understanding today and anticipating the future. Discussing these subjects via the viewpoints of my guests has led to some fascinating conversations with activists, creatives, writers, philosophers, strategists, psychologists, lecturers, futurists, etc. Re: my bio, I'm a strategist, author and speaker. The podcast centers on the value of Emotional Intelligence, which is both a mindset and an approach to life that regards problems as situations that help you learn and grow; it is a way of being and doing in the world that enables you to develop and sustain a positive relationship with yourself and others, at home, at work, and everywhere in between. Coupled with mental fitness, emotional intelligence is an essential component of Positive Intelligence (PQ) that enables you to leverage your power to communicate well, make good decisions that align with your values, and create a positive environment wherever you are. In a word, Positive Intelligence is the key element that creates your path to success. Episodes are theme-oriented and correspond to a letter of the alphabet, like this: A = Awareness, Acceptance, and Action; B= Bold and Brave (with a little vulnerability thrown in), and so on.

This is NOT a podcast about cancer. It’s actually more of a celebration of life and a journey of happiness, a voyage built on a simple but powerful truth: That YOU hold ALL the cards to achieve your dreams and to live your very best life.
A few years ago, I received my cancer diagnosis and it felt like my world had caved in. But my journey through treatment and recovery also forced me to recognise many uncomfortable truths about my life.
I’d neglected myself. I’d pushed down trauma and worried about everything and everyone all the time. Getting ill made me realise I had to stop sweating the small stuff and make lasting changes for the better. Quite literally, cancer cured me from all that crap, and in its own strange way, proved to be the catalyst that’s led me to an infinitely happier life.
I want to share positive, uplifting energy with you all, to help you unlock your potential and finally free the happiness that’s inside of you. You totally deserve it.
I’ll be talking to amazing guests who’ll share their stories and knowledge on a myriad of subjects, ranging from nurturing our hormonal health, to self-care in winter; from heart-wrenching stories of being bullied for being poor to becoming a multi-millionaire, to self-healing from Multiple Sclerosis; from cyclical living and nervous system regulation, to overcoming binge eating disorders, lymphatic drainage and a thousand more subjects besides.
Along the way, we’ll meet inspiring entrepreneurs, powerful healers, incredible wellness experts, psychologists, coaches and amazing ‘ordinary’ people like you and I, who’ve gone through stuff and come back stronger.
I’ll be talking to them all and inspiring you to get out of your own way and live your best life. I’d be delighted if you’d join me.
