We are a group of humans who serendipitously came together, made a wonderful connection sharing our stories, trial and tribualtions and how we handled them, or how we are still handling them. In our first conversations it felt something like "The View" We have all had some degree of relationship to any topic we shared. Trauma, divorce, parenting, self-care, travel , it didn't matter what the topic, we could relate in some way. That's when we realized that there must be so many more out there who may be starting a difficult journey, in the thick of it, or just emerging from it. What better way to embrace, inspire and empower one another. Through sharing our stories we discovered there are resources and support out there that some of never knew about but sure wished we did. Together we have formed an alliance with one goal to connect and support as many people as possible. Even through the toughest conversations, we find our way back to a smile because we know we have each others' backs, and we have yours too. Editing Credits @jJulie Vanderlip

My Eyes My Truth® is brought to you by Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC. With your Host, Jaibez Regalado (Founder & CEO) of Regalado Recovery & Self-Discovery, INC & The Recovery Plug, LLC. The mission/vision for My Eyes My Truth® is exactly that. To validate our own world & journal out loud. Share my experiences, strength & hope with that one who needs to hear it. I will be coming at you with my experience and being the expert in my life.
My Vision is to speak to the dry bones of that one, not the 99 that needs to hear what is being said. I want to put myself on display, be transparent, share my own life, and hopefully remind those who are not alone in this cold world. We are all going through something, maybe even suffering in silence. Why do it alone? I want to remind you that I am here, and this world will no longer silence us nor invalidate mine & your own experience with My Eyes My Truth®. It is time! Let's break free. Breakthrough with togetherness and not have a bread down.
I will be sharing on different topics like trauma, being trauma-informed, the disconnect in resources, narcissism, emotional, mental, and physical along with all kinds of abuse, break ups, self-accountability, emotional IQ, and just my thoughts in general with My Eyes My Truth®. The goal is to have no debate, just relate.
I am just here to conversate. I aim to spread motivation by utilizing my experiences and filling in the gaps with what's not being said. Why hide who & what we are along with what we have been through? Someone out there might just need to hear this word of encouragement and be reminded that they are not alone by placing myself on display for those to heal through my scars and traumas.
This all can't be for NOthing. Let's feel to heal together. I am not coming at this with any expert or credentials; I am just being the expert in my own life and taking back my power to give myself validation and a safe place to process to continue the healing journey for us all.
My Eyes My Truth®. No Debate, Just Relate. Let's Just Conversate.

Flying Free is a support resource for women of faith who need hope and healing from hidden emotional abuse, spiritual abuse, and narcissistic abuse. Because of misogynistic theology taught in controlling and spiritually abusive churches, many Christian women find themselves in destructive marriages where there is an uneven power dynamic. Male partners use their status as a husband to gain power and control over a woman’s mind, emotions, body, social life, finances, and more. When she tries to get help from her equally abusive church environment, she is betrayed and re-abused. Flying Free offers a Christ-centered, gospel-oriented perspective on domestic abuse that protects and honors the voices and autonomy of women. Tune in each week to hear conversations with emotional abuse advocates and fellow survivors who will walk with you on your journey up and out. We hear you. You are not alone. I love to look at how Jesus relates to all kinds of people because His good character and wonderful emotional health perfectly reveal God's good character and amazing emotional health.Jesus said, "If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father [God]" - John 14:9If you want to know what God, who is invisible, is like, merely look at how Jesus relates to imperfect people who fail and sin. There is no one in the entire Bible who "has it together" or is morally perfect. There are only those who are drawn by Jesus' goodness and respond to Him more and more and those who are offended and angered by His goodness, compassion and strength and pull back to become haters.Surprisingly, many of the religious leaders of the day (conservative Pharisees and liberal Sadducees) hate Jesus the most. Everyday people, whether laborers, fisherman, learned scholars, tax collectors, party people or prostitutes respond to Jesus' authenticity, honestly, compassion, challenge, instruction and fierceness the most!Jesus is the single most unique human to walk planet earth and He claimed to be God in human form! But the joy is watching Him is relishing is Goodness!
