What is the secret to lasting weight loss or to really sticking with a food plan or exercise plan? I share a step by step process to getting the result you want in the future. You may be surprised to realize it all starts with a thought.
I will discuss awareness, realizing where all you past result have come from, and then going to the future to create a new thoughts.
Then you have to practice the thought over and over again until you attach a thought to a feeling and then it goes to a belief.
Once you can get the new thought (belief) attach in our brain, you we will take the massive action that will get us the results we want.
In the end you will see the thought that you created in our head, now becomes your reality.
