PODCAST SUMMARY: We often hear that social media is “toxic,” but how true is that really? On today’s episode of The Transformational Wellness Podcast, your host Alexa talks with special guest Kelly about how to use social media in a healthy, intentional way to reach your goals and get your life where you want it to be.
Kelly tells Alexa about her intentional social media journey, where purposely decided that she would build herself a social media presence that would support her and her family. Alexa then unpacks the operant conditioning that social media platforms use to get people online and to keep them there and how that makes us focus on what others think and not on ourselves.

PODCAST SUMMARY: Jesse struggled with chronic back pain for years. Beginning with an injury sustained during a Marine Corps training exercise gone wrong, he went from having occasional flare-ups of acute pain to constant, aggravating, chronic back pain, which wasn’t responding to the treatments prescribed by his medical doctors. However, when he took matters into his own hands, he began to see dramatic improvements.
