We are all quarantined in our homes right now. It is imperitive that you are taking care of yourself in order to show up best for your family. Especially if like me and my husband, you have 2 parents working from home and homeschooling your kids.
My non-negotiables have allowed me to keep my sanity during this time. Then when challenges arise and I feel that overwhelm come up I'm able to not lose my $hit, and can approach the challenge with a level head.
Decide on your non-negotiables and don't give them up!!! Especially not now!

Navigating the unknown
We are living during a time that no one was prepared for. Businesses are shutting their doors, schools are closed, teachers are scrambling to put together lesson plans and parents are learning how to teach their kids while also working, healthcare workers are overloaded, grocery stores are running out of toilet paper, and on and on.
So how do we navigate this unknown? We have no idea when this will be over and news changes every single day, almost every hour.
In this podcast I'm sharing with you how I'm navigating and the hard truth that we just have to take this one day at a time. We cannot control the outcome, we can only control how we choose to respond.
How are you choosing to respond?
