What have you tried so far to quit porn? Accountability buddies, talk therapy, internet filters, church or religious programs, or mindfulness techniques to 'get rid of cravings'... Many of these have merit, but they're often missing key elements for long-lasting sobriety. It isn’t enough to just “stop watching porn”. Porn addiction is a symptom of deeper, underlying challenges that I address using evidence-based psychological and behavioral practices.
My mission isn't just to help people overcome porn addiction, but to give them each step to establish a recovery mindset and lifestyle. This is done using hands-on, daily exercises that retrain the brain and forge new habits that last a lifetime. Once this mindset and lifestyle are established, the desire for porn naturally fades.
To discover how to stop porn addiction, join my Intensive Porn Addiction Recovery Program at nomoredesire.com/program

Discussions on mental illness and experiences
Beneath the Noise is a podcast about mental illness—the raw, disorienting, and sometimes darkly funny reality of living with a brain that doesn’t always cooperate. Hosted by Emily Jatcko, it’s part memoir, part cultural analysis, and entirely uninterested in the sanitized, feel-good version of mental health.
This isn’t a self-help podcast. There are no five-step plans or platitudes about positive thinking—just an honest look at psychosis, medication, work, relationships, and the ways neurodivergence shapes our lives. It’s about the contradictions: wanting to succeed in a system you fundamentally resent, feeling like both too much and not enough, learning to live with a diagnosis that rewrites everything you thought you knew about yourself.
Mental illness is absurd. It’s heavy. It’s frustratingly difficult to explain. But it’s also deeply human.
So if you’ve ever stared at a hospital showerhead having an existential crisis or tried to convince yourself you were fine while clearly unraveling—well, you’re in good company.
Let’s talk about it.

SEASON PREMIERES DEC. 1 | NEW EPISODES EVERY WEEKDAY 7:30PM (EST) ON THIS CHANNEL
https://ratskates.com
We demystify mental health and psychedelic medicine. Our episodes give practical insights from experienced patients, helping everyone better understand depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychedelic medicine. From the practical (like a guide to accessing therapeutic ketamine), to the profound (like spiritual awakenings brought on by psychedelics), we share patient-centered knowledge to help people and their families better understand the psychedelic landscape today.
Co-hosts Molly Dunn and Lynn Schneider are old friends who usually live on opposite sides of the world. Molly, a disabled writer from Chicago with treatment resistant depression and other chronic illnesses, has been a ketamine patient for several years. Lynn, our resident genius empath, is a longtime friend, relative, and ally of people who struggle with mental health challenges. Together, we fight stigma, go on tangents, and crack each other up.
We are not trained mental health experts. We provide context to help you do your own research.
Hit us up at [email protected] and https://ketamineinsights.com/ and @ketamineinsights on Instagram.
~~If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please get help. In the US, dial 988. You are never all alone.~~

Hi friends! Welcome to THINK OUT LOUD WITH ME, a chat-cast produced, hosted, and humbly offered by yours truly, Natalie P., from my neck of the woods to YOU...in YOURS. I’m taking full advantage of a Universally-accepted, irrevocable license to be curious, and held by every single one of us to engage others in constructive and enlightening conversation.
After years of internal chatter, silent suffering, and physical and mental close calls, I was exhausted keeping it all together by myself. THINK OUT LOUD WITH ME is a search for Self, and a celebration of clarity, connection, community, and congruence I discover in the stories and perspectives and beauty of others in search of the same.
If I help you find your voice...ignite your curiosity...nudge you just a bit in your own favor...well, shit. I’d like that. I’d like that a LOT.
Thanks for listening.

Sean & Cathy a.k.a. "the illest couple" are working to end mental health stigma one super awkward conversation at a time. We believe it is crucial to communicate openly about our own mental health struggles so that we can better navigate the waters of life, and... well... marriage... but we also believe in jokes about butts (because butts are funny.)
