This time of year reminds us of why we should be grateful. Thankful and grateful are words that describe how we feel when we think about our lives.
This week I share 6 tips for gratitude. If your struggling to find what you are grateful for...listen up!
It’s a busy time of the year with the holidays, family gatherings, shopping and short tempers. Sure it's easy to get caught up in the moment. So, how do you protect yourself? How do you find the calm in the middle of it all?
Sometimes we need a little help. As a BONUS, I'm offering you a short breathing practice to help you regain clarity and calm and allow you to really enjoy those precious moments ahead of you.
This is a valuable tool that can be readily available to use and will create a more gratitude filled life.
