“Physical” in physical fitness is just an expression. In a world where iron and steel are king, the mind is still the most valuable tool. The mind drives the body and Phase One Fitness is dedicated to teaching that principle so the effort that is put forth can truly translate into meaningful gains and noticeable improvement. After 40 years in the fitness world I’ve decided to pass down some of the plethora of knowledge I’ve accumulated over those years. I’ll discuss everything from the first day in the gym, to your first fitness drink, to your first contest prep and anything else that is pertinent to the world of Fitness. In our training we concentrate on the 4 D’s.....Dedication, Determination, Desire, and Discipline. By implementing these 4 principles one is able to define a goal, stay on the path to that goal, and meet that goal, just in time to define another one.

Fitness is gaining popularity at a phenomenal rate to say the least. In order for the newbie to stay engaged, they have to see progress and stay injury free. Phaze One is dedicated to helping make sure that weight training is done correctly at all levels. Using logic and common sense, Phaze One has been able to bring proper training principles to everyone from the rookie to the seasoned pro. The strength of any building is in the foundation. By creating a foundation that gets results through proper form and reduced injuries, Phaze One participants stay loyal to the cause and dramatic results have been maintained.
