Fitness is gaining popularity at a phenomenal rate to say the least. In order for the newbie to stay engaged, they have to see progress and stay injury free. Phaze One is dedicated to helping make sure that weight training is done correctly at all levels. Using logic and common sense, Phaze One has been able to bring proper training principles to everyone from the rookie to the seasoned pro. The strength of any building is in the foundation. By creating a foundation that gets results through proper form and reduced injuries, Phaze One participants stay loyal to the cause and dramatic results have been maintained.
