Adrienne Martin-Fullwood is a director, producer, actor, mother, funeral director, mentor, advocate, business owner, and overall bright shinning star. She is the Executive Partner and Producer of 5280 Artist Co-op Entertainment Group, has been in the entertainment business for over 35 years and performed in over 100 theatrical shows and numerous voice over productions, commercials, short films and training videos. The wisdom, knowledge, and insight she offers into the journey of life, how to operate from a place of love, find the good in people - including yourself - and live for the now is truly a gift! We are so honored to share this with you all.

Are we the same ship or a new ship? Claudia Nanino is the epitome of how we are both

Claudia is a mother, master breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, and an explorer of non-ordinary states of consciousness. She was born in Colorado to immigrant parents and in 2016, returned to Denver after a devastating divorce. To help with the blame she held for the divorce and the struggles she had with addictive behaviors, she sought out nontraditional self-development and healing modalities after more Western approaches felt out of alignment and left her stuck in logic and disconnected from her heart. As she began to rebuild her life, her spiritual evolution was catapulted by the various teachers, healers, and practices she was saying yes to leading her to leave her corporate career and create Amarsi, a soul-led business connecting people to their breath and the earth.

In this intimate conversation, we dive into all of the above and sit with the wisdom Claudia brings from her experiences working with plant medicines, learning to become comfortable with being in discomfort, and what she would tell her younger self.

We also talk about:

  • Spread addiction
  • The chemical drive behind addiction
  • Boundaries: radical honesty and discernment
  • Developing compassion and forgiveness for self
  • Ego death and experiencing non-duality
  • Learning to buy from a place of joy vs. validation
  • Investing in self
  • How vulnerability is a superpower

Don’t have titties!? No Worries!! Please join us in giving love to each part of our bodies!!!

In this episode, Kelly tells us about how she began speaking to her womb in hopes of easing the anxiety about having crippling period pains on the day of her wedding. She brings us through the intention and energy she sent to her womb space and how grateful she felt when her period began. And then Kendle guides us through giving love to all parts of our body with breath, words, and laughter.

We also talk about:

  • The change in mindset having appreciation for the body can generate
  • How we are conditioned to have severed connections to our bodies

Fun fact: if you weren’t born with a physical womb - you have an energetic one!!!

What is more stressful, the planning of your wedding or your family? Can you feel the anxiety towards the big day, when all members in the family are divorced, blended, and haven't ever been in the same room together? Add being the glue that keeps the broken pieces together, the anxiety was palpable.
In this episode, we learn how old versions of Kelly would have retreated and crumbled but she challenged herself to lead the day with love. She worked through family drama and arguments by writing appreciation letters to ease tensions. Instead of letting negative thoughts and anxiety fuel her she decided to break old habits with open communication about how she was feeling and asked for support.

We celebrate Kelly as she guides us through her magical day filled with tips on managing the lows after the euphoric high from your wedding day, wedding hacks, and manifesting a love so strong you never want to let it go.

We also talk about:

  • Setting intentions to manifest one of your happiest days
  • Learning the data point for love
  • How sex hits different on your wedding day
  • How being a wife makes Kelly feel more like a woman
  • Love is communal
  • The energy we are putting out into the universe with our words

It's the season finale baby!!!!
As we have said many times, if you're going to be about it, be about it! So we are giving ourselves permission to take a break and to pivot by making this a seasonal podcast. This decision wasn't easy. It wasn't in the plan, and it's definitely not in alignment with capitalism hence why we are doing it!
We discuss how we got to this point from what happened when Kelly lost her job to how Kendle discovered she lost her joy to how we overcame previous versions of ourselves in the face of conflict.
We wrap up this season by giving y'all a ritual designed to release self-limiting beliefs or anything else that is holding you back from stepping into a whole version of self.
We also talk about:

  • Parts Work
  • Voice memos
  • Scarcity mindset
  • 2023 through the lens of Tarot
  • Partial Solar Eclipse in Scorpio

Many thanks to all of y'all from each layer of our hearts for being with us on this journey - please send us some feedback a la shit sandwich style!!!
