The whole reason I started this podcast was so that I had a creative medium to use when I needed to get some things off my chest. Now, going through a move, I figured it would be a great time to get back to the old Life's a Wreck podcast roots and just talk with you guys for a few. In this episode, I just talk through how being in a new environment both mentally and physically has changed my mental state and how I'm working on establishing stability in a new place. This was a fun one to put together so kick back, relax, and let's just talk for a few.
