How did the idea for the show come about?

I was in a really dark place. Having experienced a major trauma, I couldn't speak about what I was going through, felt isolated, and struggled coping. I finally decided what was best was sharing my story and once I started speaking about it, I couldn't stop. The podcast was born out of that moment of healing.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

A community. I want people to know they're not alone in their mental health challenges. I hope that listeners feel empowered to share their own stories and speak up and advocate for others.

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

Finding guests who are willing to share their stories. Reaching a larger audience. Prioritizing time to record and edit episodes with such a busy schedule.
