It's OK to Pee a Little

Join us and hear some unique stories from every athlete, what powerlifters face on and off the platform, awkward and sometimes vulgar moments, and our training environments.
My goal of this podcast is to share the stories of people who dedicate their time to training - whether that is powerlifting, bodybuilding or another sport - I want to hear about it and share your story. The name of this podcast was originally specified to powerlifting but as each episode has progressed - it encompasses the moments in our training that not many people talk about: the moments that push us to our limits, the moments when training starts to push back.
Everyone might have different experiences but I hope the stories shared on this podcast bring those experiences to light and resonates with other lifters.
