Overview:

In today's podcast, we are going to discuss where energy, focus, and productivity come from. We tend to think that these qualities are "all in our head". That's not actually the case. These qualities are built from materials (building blocks). Most people don't know that these building blocks exist, and therefore don't realize how to use them to their advantage.

This is why learning this concept can give you such an incredible edge over your competitors!

What You'll Learn:
  • The brain chemicals that control energy, focus, & productivity (serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, endorphins, etc)
  • How these brain chemicals are formed
  • What they are made from
  • What happens when they are low
  • How to build them to create highly motivated entrepreneurs!
