By the end of today’s episode, you’ll learn not only the habits I strategically recommend to target fat loss (particularly helpful for that abdominal fat that can be so stubborn to lose) but also the specific foods and exercises that are crucial to boosting how many calories you burn, making weight loss easier at any age.
