This is a 5 part series on how you can be the best version of yourself as you get older and to help you understand what is actually happening to your body as a woman as you age.

If you’re feeling really uncomfortable in your body and feel like your body is changing and you're broken, Part 1 of this series is for you! In today’s episode, we’re diving into everything menopause, specifically why it's harder to lose weight in your 40’s and when you're going through menopause. I will be covering what menopause is, what happens to our bodies leading up to and during this time, and how this transition impacts our weight and what we look like. I’m also covering the three main nutrition-related changes that happen in your body during menopause that change what we look like and actually make losing weight more difficult.

No matter your age, these are things that truthfully, you want to start prioritizing before you even hit this phase of your life. It is never too late to start, but it's also never too early to begin as well. Get excited and let’s dive into Part 1!
