The fashion industry couldn't be further from the fitness industry, but Hope Hudson successfully made the transition from one to another and is thriving as a very successful and highly knowledgable PT working online, with a growing following.
Her straight talking, no-nonsense attitude with an aptitude for making fitness seem so much less complicated through her instagram posts really make her so personable and easy to relate to. She chatted to us about how she's adapted her training, eating and managed to work through the start of her first pregnancy, her love of Crossfit, how the stigma of 'go hard' has developed since the sport first began and the wonderful community aspect of it.
