Things like keeping up with your digital marketing, communicating the value of your digital offerings to customers, learning what will benefit your business, and otherwise planning ahead are all essential processes. The clients who have been thriving the last several months are the ones who have gone full steam ahead by pivoting more of their business and marketing online.
