That quote from Simon Sinek couldn’t be any truer when describing our guest on today’s episode, Shawn Finnegan.
Shawn Finnegan is a serial entrepreneur and specializes in scaling businesses by scaling relationships. His career began at AOL-Time Warner, where he opened a customer support center in Tucson, Arizona, and managed over 750 employees during the initial Earth-shattering growth of online technology. He then partnered with likeminded entrepreneurs to create a live event company that grew to bring in over $100M in annual revenue hosting global education for business owners. Shawn now manages key relationships for Tax Hive, where he is an investor alongside one of his biggest business inspirations, Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank. He is an Ignition Point podcast host, a contributing author in the book series with the same title, and most importantly, a girl dad.
To say that Shawn has become a quick friend and mentor to our boys is an understatement. We are incredibly grateful and so profoundly blessed to not only be connected with Shawn, but to be trusted with sharing his amazing story.
