Ep 19: How the Enneagram Might Just Be Our Missing Link
03/30/23 • 64 min
If you’re in the mood for a gentle unfolding of a really beautiful conversation about the Enneagram, you’ve come to the right place.
Today, Ingrid Hurwitz joins me from Johannesburg, South Africa to talk about the Enneagram and how for each of us it can change our relationship with reality in every facet of our lives.
Ingrid is the founder of Takdir Transformation where she is a facilitator of the Enneagram through her organizational leadership development, as well as coaches training through her Accredited Enneagram School, and in her private practice with executive coaching and couples.
The tool that is the Enneagram, provides a transformational road map for individuals to loosen the grip of the past and uncover what it is that brings us most alive.
And if you’re like I was and have no idea what is the Enneagram, don’t worry we’ll cover that, too.

If kiddos are around grab your headset!
Do you ever have a conversation with your older self?
I do! And it's been a long one that started in the very early years of my life. She always knows my best course of action when I'm at the crossroads of a decision. She's formidable and I really, really like her. That's because I constructed her from the future backwards. Weird, huh?
Let's discuss....

Minisode: Wellness 101
Is your body trying to tell you things aren't going so well? Do you think crying is for the weak? Are you wishing to feel better but never feel like that salad and workout do the trick?
That's probably because what's missing goes deeper than a recommended daily dose of vitamins and a few extra hours of sleep. While those are good, chances are your body and your soul are marching to a different drummer and it's causing a rhythm problem.
What we need is to find an agreement between the internal and external worlds, a unified beat with which to dance. A way that our body and spirit coexist in harmony. A way to come into alignment. It can feel illusive but it's so much more readily available than we imagine.
Alignment right now...let's discuss.
