I'm heavier than I'm used to being and heavier than I think of myself in my head right now. My favorite dress doesn't fit.

At this stage and has of life, I am done done DONE with being that woman who is obsessed with her weight. I just don't want that at this point.

Internalized agism is so hard. And older heavier bodies are judged the harshest in our society.
