81: New Year New Intentions
02/06/20 • 17 min
I went an entire month without producing a podcast - the longest content break I’ve ever been on - and it was intentional. In this episode, I share my two intentions for 2020, how and why I permitted myself to take a month off, and let you know why I’m stepping into the feedback loop.
HIGHLIGHTS
0:39 - Why I took January off
3:04 - Managing the swirl and craziness of an online business
4:54 - Permitting yourself to leave patterns not serving you
7:14 - Letting go of the pressure to change in the new year
8:02 - Elevating the conversation in 2020 on this podcast
9:38 - How a membership program helped launch my business (and how I'm giving back)
13:15 - Getting in the feedback loop
ABOUT ME
I’m Kari Keating, mom of 3 young boys, that ditched a 17-year, 6 figure corporate career to go after her dreams. I’ve been coaching professionally for over 2 years and have had a wide variety of clients from recording artists, website developers, photographers, professional network marketers, and other life coaches.
My zone of genius lies in helping soul-based entrepreneurs get out of their heads and into inspired action, so they can make the impact they crave and the income they deserve.
