Dympna left Northern Ireland 33 years ago with her husband and two young children to backpack around Europe and later settle in Brittany, France.
She talks about her journey to becoming a Conscious Uncoupling coach, the practice made famous by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin during their marriage break-up.
Dympna shares a little about her Tai Chi and Qi Gong journey, how this led her to study with great teachers in France, the US and China, and the impact of this on her evolution and mission in life.

My guest this week is Scott Riley from "Time, Space, Attention". If you’re local to Northern Ireland you may well remember Scott’s previous endeavour “Causeway Living” and the programme that ran alongside it, "Dash & Splash" held along the Bangor coastline.
Scott openly discusses the Autoimmune disorder he suffered with for four years, and gives us a glimpse of what daily life looked like before going into full remission within a two month period of his life, which he describes himself as nothing short of a 'miracle'. We talk about his adventures in the Peruvian Amazon with plant medicines and the indigenous Shaman’s he worked with there. We also discuss the power of community, cold water therapy, his time as a Wim Hof Method Instructor and his new work incorporating breathwork, meditation and nervous system regulation which I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing recently.

Hannah is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who uses a holistic approach to maximise a person's health potential. Holistic meaning the whole being of a person; to include their emotions, energy, physical & mental health, diet, lifestyle and social factors which all coherently play a vital role in an individual's health.
Hannah is the founder of Tranquil Health. In 2016 she experienced a Reiki treatment for the first time when she was pregnant and working in a stressful job in a bank. Shortly after Hannah had a healing crisis when her body began to expel toxins into different systems of the body, releasing suppressed emotions from trauma she experienced in her childhood, which then led her to study Naturopathic Nutritional medicine.
In this episode we discuss the Gut/Brain connection and how it impacts our mental health. We talk Women's hormones and how the contraceptive pill can drastically impact the mind, body & overall health.

Anthea Bell is a British Embodiment Coach, supporting those she works with toward profound mind~body connection and from there, transformative self-actualization.
She began her career in Health as a Pilates Instructor, using the practice to rehabilitate 10-years of chronic back pain. It wasn't long before her passion for the mind and spirituality took her deeper, to an awareness of the powerful messages our bodies hold and the criticality of healing what lives beneath. From there, multiple trainings in mindfulness, meditation, psychological enhancement and coaching - to where she now stands, a devoted guide to others on the journey to freedom.
