What's Your Story? A podcast series exploring the everyday extraordinary.

My guest this week is Efrat Amira who is a Mum of three boys, Alternative Parenting Coach and host of the 'Alternative Parenting' podcast. Efrat has created a beautiful way to live and work whilst parenting and schooling her children, which we talk about in detail. As well as the Power of Community, the Parent & Child relationship and how Inter-generational trauma plays a part in raising our families.
This was a beautiful and enlightening conversation, and you can find out more about Efrat's work via the link below.

Scott Riley on Breathwork, Meditation & Nervous System Regulation and the autoimmune disorder he reversed.

My guest this week is Scott Riley from "Time, Space, Attention". If you’re local to Northern Ireland you may well remember Scott’s previous endeavour “Causeway Living” and the programme that ran alongside it, "Dash & Splash" held along the Bangor coastline.

Scott openly discusses the Autoimmune disorder he suffered with for four years, and gives us a glimpse of what daily life looked like before going into full remission within a two month period of his life, which he describes himself as nothing short of a 'miracle'. We talk about his adventures in the Peruvian Amazon with plant medicines and the indigenous Shaman’s he worked with there. We also discuss the power of community, cold water therapy, his time as a Wim Hof Method Instructor and his new work incorporating breathwork, meditation and nervous system regulation which I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing recently.
You can find Scott on the web and on social media.
