I'm joined this week by Dympna McAloon.
Dympna left Northern Ireland 33 years ago with her husband and two young children to backpack around Europe and later settle in Brittany, France.
She talks about her journey to becoming a Conscious Uncoupling coach, the practice made famous by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin during their marriage break-up.
Dympna shares a little about her Tai Chi and Qi Gong journey, how this led her to study with great teachers in France, the US and China, and the impact of this on her evolution and mission in life.
"It's really important to me to transmit the knowledge and skills I have gained in my life to support people on their journey of transformation. What makes my heart sing is to play my part in making people healthier, happier and in touch with their souls and true potential. I am fascinated by Inner Alchemy and the importance of keeping good energy levels to be able to transform ourselves emotionally, psychologically and spiritually."
