In this episode we are joined by Jimmy Keenan. Jimmy has been an athlete with VeloU from day 1, joining us as a sophomore in HS in the summer of 2020. Jimmy has just wrapped up his freshman year at St. Johns university where he hit .343 with 11 doubles 6 homers and 30 RBI.
Dr. Serio and Jimmy talk about mindset, performance, and how to approach certain situations both in and outside of baseball.
