Dr. Brooke Scheller is a doctor of Clinical Nutrition who specializes in helping people change their relationship with alcohol. She authored "How to Eat to Change How You Drink," which trended at the top of its category and hit the bestseller list in its first week of publication.
Gillian Wagner has been in the wellness industry for over three decades and is tiptoeing into naturopathy, inspired by Dr. Brooke. She created two yoga DVDs; one was particularly successful in Germany, and a streaming platform picked up the other. She has been working on her book tirelessly for the last year.
