Who am I?
My company, Make Your Message RIGHT, encourages people to practice the RIGHT skills (Respect, Integrity, Gratitude, Hope, Transformation) and how these five values will help you be a better leader personally and professionally. My podcast, Make Your Message RIGHT, discusses how practicing these five core values can benefit you personally and professionally. Listen in, be inspired by others, and become a force for positive influence and change. Words can be helpful, or words can be hurtful. The same can be said for your actions. You make the choice through your actions and how you influence others to become better, and subsequently, you become better. As a leader in your personal and professional circles, you are an influencer. As a speaker, coach, trainer, and compiler of the book "Gazillion Gifts of Gratitude," I believe in the five core values - Respect, Integrity, Gratitude, Hope, Transformation. Within the next 12 months, I am authoring and illustrating a children's picture book series, "Me Try," that explores how children try, fail, try, fail, and ultimately champion their task and how they incorporate the five core values. Life is good if I influence one person to be a better person with more compassion and kindness. I focus on being the pebble that flows out and influences others to be more compassionate and kind by using the five core values of RIGHT - Respect, Integrity, Gratitude, Hope, Transformation.

Embrace Your Unapologetic Third Act. Redefining Your Wisdom Years
The Unapologetic Third Act
07/13/23 • 11 min
Life is a magnetic, magnificent journey filled with chapters and transitions that shape our experiences and who we are. As we reach our wisdom years, society often imposes expectations upon us defining what our lives should look like in our so-called “third act.” But what if we dared to defy those expectations? What if we embrace an unapologetic third act and rewrite the script for our lives?
Welcome to episode 1 of The Unapologetic Third Act. I’m Lisa Rachelle Owens and I invite you to embrace the wisdom, experience, and liberation that come with age and turn them into fuel for an exceptional journey of self-discovery and personal fulfillment.
The unapologetic third act is a mindset. It’s a revolution that challenges the notion that life after a certain age should be a time of winding down, fading into the background, and playing by society's rules.
In this episode, you will learn:
- All about resetting your mindset for your third act (03:02)
- It's never too late to explore who you are, what you love, and what makes your heart sing (04:06)
- It's natural to feel apprehensive when venturing into uncharted territory, but fear often signifies that we're onto something transformative (06:28)
- Life has a way of throwing curveballs but how we respond to those challenges defines us (08:22)
- How we talk about aging and our perceptions around it can profoundly impact our mindset and choices (09:32)
