The best podcasts for keeping joy in parenting

Who am I?
I'm a mom and a kindergarden teacher. I host a podcast name Les pépins, about the ups and downs in parenting. How all of it is ok. How big and small waves learn us how to surf as parents. I chose this subject because both my personal and professional life revolve around children, parenting, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it. As a mother and a kindergarten teacher, I witness daily how parenting is a mix of chaos and joy, doubts and discoveries, struggles and growth. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned that there’s no such thing as a "perfect" way to parent. Instead, it’s about embracing the ups and downs, finding lightness even in the tough moments, and recognizing that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. This perspective led me to create Les Pépins, a podcast that explores the beauty of imperfection in parenting. I believe that by sharing honest conversations, reflections, and insights, we can support each other and keep joy at the heart of our journey as parents. Because, in the end, just like the waves teach us how to surf, the little and big struggles of parenting teach us resilience, love, and humor.
