Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs

Do you want to transform your business? These three principles will certainly help.

In today's episode, I'm talking about three business principles from Japanese business philosophy: Kaizen, Nemawashi, and Hansei. Some years ago, a modeling contract took me to Japan; I fell immediately in love with their culture and care for traditions. Then, thanks to other businesses and my passion for that country, I've been visiting the Land of the Rising Sun for almost 20 years. Throughout the years, I accumulated beautiful experiences and friendships. I also picked up these three business principles I'm sharing today, which I use to run my business, guide my coaching practice, and walk through life.

Throughout this episode, you'll hear about my experiences in Japan and how Kaizen, Nemawashi, and Hansei concepts transformed my life and business. You'll discover the benefits of embracing constant improvement, the power of having the whole team on board in every decision, and how collective self-reflection can utterly transform your decision-making process.

Tune in to episode 103 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs to learn these three principles that can transform how you run your business.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking: Who am I to be showing up like this, being listened to, or taking money from people?

In today's episode, I'm talking about confidence killers, the thoughts that sometimes flood our minds and make us second-guess ourselves, doubt our capabilities and skills, and hold us back from achieving our goals. While the reason why women tend to doubt themselves is multi-layered, complex, and most of the time socially imposed on us since we were little girls, it is possible to eliminate those barriers and build bullet-proof confidence.

Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the most common confidence killers and how they can affect your and your business's results, relationships, and financial health. You'll also learn a simple yet powerful four-step strategy to tackle and eliminate the #1 confidence killer.

How To Retrain Your Meaning-making Machine

You just launched a new retreat, and no one signed up. Your new course is online, and no one bought it. These are perfectly normal things that can and will happen to any business, but what do you make these things mean?

In today's episode, I'm talking about how we deal with setbacks, what kind of stories we tell ourselves about our business and about us when things go South, and how to retrain our minds to stop punishing ourselves for stuff that is out of our control. For us to feel safe, our brain needs to make sense of things, spot possible threats, and design escape routes in case we need them. But we must remember the brain can be overprotective, like a helicopter parent. It can go like this: "Two people unsubscribed from your newsletter, your content is not good enough, you're not good enough at this, you should stop exposing yourself and suffering, quit trying the entrepreneur thing."

Throughout this episode, you'll hear my four top tips to retrain your mind and stop creating apocalyptic scenarios every time something goes bad with your business; you'll also learn the importance of giving yourself some grace and how to create different stories in your head.

Tune in to episode 104 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs to learn how to retrain your meaning-making machine and approach your business results differently.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • What do make things mean? (1:30)
  • You can catch yourself before it is too late (5:20)

  • Get ready to redirect your energy (8:40)
  • The power of practicing acceptance (10:20)
