Comedian, Actor and TV Host Romesh Ranganathan is the first guest for the new season, produced by Original Penguin and Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
Romesh joined hosts Smithy (Sky Sports) and Marvin Sordell, a fellow CALM ambassador and former footballer, to discuss his own personal struggles with depression and grief.
The BAFTA-winning performer spoke about how his upbringing and a series of setbacks led him to experience depression and suicidal thoughts during his late teens and early twenties. He went on to discuss how he has since found help through talking and therapy, which has helped him manage those reoccurring thoughts.
