This solo episode a special one for me. Its the first of many solo podcasts that I plan on doing this year, to help men break free from porn addiction and create a life around their purpose.
This entire process starts with understanding who you want to become in the future. This is not as simple as saying, "I no longer want to watch porn", or, "I want to take control of my body and lose fat while building muscle", or "I want to find a wife and start a family".
All of these statements can be, or possibly are true, but there has to be a deeper understanding of how your future self lives his life.
So in this episode, I walk you through the process I have used for the last 18 months to map our my life, which includes establishing a 5 year vision, as writing it out in the present text. The next step is one that most people neglect, and that's identifying the future that you're afraid of, which means you didn't fulfill your promise to yourself and ended up in the same place you are now, or more likely, in even worse scenario.
I talk about the journal that I use, The Phoenix Journal, and the symbolism behind "the shedding of your older self and building a new version of you".

Brad Jensen, aka "The Sober BodyBuilder" on Instagram is the founder and CEO of the highly successful nutrition coaching business, Key Nutrition, which has helped thousands of clients get their nutrition and life under control using their 4 pillar approach to coaching and building customized programs.
From an early age, Brad had a passion for health & fitness, and started bodybuilding in his early teens, as a way to deal with his anxiety and lack of confidence in himself.
Bodybuilding alone wasn't enough for him though, as even after building an incredible physique in his teens, he still sought out drugs and alcohol as a way to mask his feelings... ultimately leading him down a dark path of heroin addiction and homelessness.
In this episode, Brad shares parts of his story that he hasn't shared anywhere else, such as his relationship with God, and how seeking his Creator at the rock bottom moment in his life, locked up in solitary confinement in prison, ultimately was the turning point in his recovery.
We then go on to discuss how dramatically different his life is today, and how his story and journey have shaped him to become the man, coach, and CEO to lead a 7 figure coaching business.
