Inventory (the raw materials we have and the finished final products that we sell) is most likely the biggest expense for almost every single physical product based business out there. And one of the most important factors on if we actually make money or not in our business is solely dependent on how much we charge for our inventory! With so much importance being on our inventory, it's a topic that isn't talked about enough, which is why we have special guest Ciara Stockland on the podcast today.
Ciara help businesses use their inventory to create more profit and keep more cash. Ciara has owned and operated businesses since her early teens. As a serial entrepreneur, her business mindset and tenacity led her to opening her first store in 2006 which she then franchised. Her vast experience in both retail and wholesale industries led her to launch the first to market wholesale subscription box for boutique retailers, which she built and sold within 18 months. Most recently Ciara has launched the Inventory Genius, a coaching program for inventory based business
