We had such a great response with this guest's previous episode, that we decided to do another one with her! In this episode, we chat with Kelley Thompson, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, of Serenity Sleepers. We discuss ALL kinds of newborn sleep questions including: safe sleep, sound machines, the witching hour, daytime versus nighttime sleep, naps, sleep hygiene, a good sleep routine, and much more! As a new parent, the lack of sleep can really take its toll, and we are here to talk about ways and ideas that may help you improve or adjust your newborn's sleep for the best benefit of baby and the entire family! About Laurel:
Laurel is an international speaker, author, journeyer, traveler, wellness advocate, mother, wife, friend, and seeker. Laurel has spent thirty years educating and supporting women throughout the various life cycles as a doula, lactation consultant, perinatal educator, speaker, author of best-selling books, yoga instructor, travel guide, and wellness coach. She has a specific interest in epigenetics, the microbiome, nutrition, and sleep. During her experience in the transition time of life (perimenopause), she realized how many women feel estranged and wish for community AND answers during this time. This led to her desire to be a transition mentor and offer education, coaching, and menopause retreats to support women experiencing this incredible and challenging life change.
