57| Dan Martell - From Jail to 8 Figures
01/20/23 • 69 min
Joining me today is Dan Martell, author of the book Buy Back Your Time. I have known Dan for nearly a decade, and he is a good friend of mine. Dan takes us back to the very beginning and how he got started, taking us all the way back to his traumatic childhood and how that led to a prison sentence and his turning his life around.
Dan now runs the largest software coaching program for CEOs, and he shares his journey, including how and why he decided to become sober, why he stays physically active, what inspired him to write his book, and so much more! It’s such an incredible and insightful conversation!
I am so appreciative of Dan, his time, and his willingness to share his story. He allows his instincts to come through which is something that I really admire about him. Be sure that you follow him on social media, especially Instagram, and if you aren't subscribed to the podcast already, please be sure to subscribe on your favorite podcast app! I would also really appreciate it if you would share the podcast with at least one other person you know who might also enjoy it and if you would leave me a five-star review! That really helps the show out!

If you’re looking to lose weight this year, then this episode of the podcast is definitely for you, as I am giving you the blueprint for losing at least twenty pounds in 2023! I walk you through the ins and outs of losing at least twenty pounds over the next year, including but not limited to eating single ingredient nutrient dense foods, drinking plenty of water, having at least three strength training sessions per week, limiting (if not entirely giving up) alcohol use, and more.
Losing weight can be a gradual process, and that’s okay. By making small changes to your lifestyle and eating habits, you can successfully reach your goal in the healthiest ways.
