How did the idea for the show come about?

It has been awhile since I have done a podcast like this and I was have been playing with the idea of starting another one. I was also going through a difficult time myself and wanted to make sure I got myself on track before I started. I researched and found ways to do so and it came to me that I need to make it known to others to help them out as well.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

I hope they take the message and knowledge of what they need to hear and take it seriously and make the changes necessary for themselves and also share that with others.

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

The biggest challenge is staying consistent on eating healthy. I am tempted a lot to snack down on unhealthy snacks or eat right when I am hungry and not wait for something healthy.

I have some goals for the future that will require me to able to tour and bring this to everyone.
