Who am I?

My passion is helping people overcome adversity in life and sharing the tools and resources to do so. I am living proof as well. I make sure I post daily inspiration and resources to help people out. I have gone through some rough times in my life. Divorce after 8 1/2 years, depression, seeing suicide, dealing with suicide and the after effects.

My podcast is about making it known of answers that people might not know about and to help them make the small changes. Also, it is to educate people of what they could possibly be going through but might not understand it.

The Huberman Lab podcast is hosted by Andrew Huberman, Ph.D., a neuroscientist and tenured professor in the department of neurobiology, and by courtesy, psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford School of Medicine. The podcast discusses neuroscience and science-based tools, including how our brain and its connections with the organs of our body control our perceptions, our behaviors, and our health, as well as existing and emerging tools for measuring and changing how our nervous system works.
